We collect data about your referring app or URL (that is, the app or place on the Web where you were when you tapped/clicked on our ad).

5. AGE LIMITATION

10. FOR WHAT PURPOSES WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We process your personal data:
10.1. To provide our Service
This includes enabling you to use certain functions of the Service, use of the Service in a seamless manner and preventing or addressing Service errors or technical issues. As a result of such processing, we will use your email, for example, to create your account, or store the content you upload to the Service.
To process your payments and manage subscriptions, we share the data necessary for billing with Stripe, our payment service provider. To monitor errors and keep the Service stable, we use Sentry. We do not sell or transfer your content to other third parties for their own purposes.

We communicate with you, for example, by emails. These may include for example, emails with information about the Service. To opt out of receiving emails, you need to follow the instructions in the footer of the emails.
We use the Zendesk ticketing system to handle customer inquiries. When you send us inquiries via the contact form or by email, we will store the details provided by you in Zendesk, which enables us to track, prioritize and quickly resolve your requests.
10.4. To research and analyze your use of the Service
This helps us to better understand our business, analyze our operations, maintain, improve, innovate, plan, design, and develop the Service and our new products. We also use such data for statistical analysis purposes, to test and improve our offers. This enables us to better understand what categories of users use our Services.
For analytics, we rely on Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, to understand how visitors interact with our website and to measure overall performance. Google Analytics may collect technical information such as time zone, type of device (phone, tablet or laptop), browser, IP address and aggregated browsing activity.
We also use Sentry, an application monitoring platform, to detect, diagnose and fix technical errors so that the Service remains stable and reliable.
10.5. To send you service and marketing communications
We process your personal data to send transactional and service emails (such as billing confirmations, trial reminders and account notices) and, where permitted, to inform you about new features or special offers. If you do not want to receive marketing emails from us, you can unsubscribe following the instructions in the footer of the marketing emails.

We provide paid products and/or services within the Service. For this purpose, we use Stripe, our third-party payment processor and Merchant of Record's payment provider. We do not store or have access to your full payment card details ourselves; this information is provided directly to Stripe.
10.7. To enforce our Terms and Conditions of Use and to prevent and combat fraud
We use personal data to enforce our agreements and contractual commitments, to detect, prevent, and combat fraud. As a result of such processing, we may share your information with others, including law enforcement agencies (in particular, if a dispute arises in connection with our Terms and Conditions of Use).

We may process, use, or share your data when the law requires it, in particular, if a law enforcement agency requests your data by available legal means.
