Which documents can I work with?

Any PDF. Word, Excel, PowerPoint files and images are converted to PDF when you upload them, so the document you were sent is usually enough.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Everything runs in the browser, on a laptop or a phone, with a 100 MB limit per file.

How do two people sign the same document?

You place your signature and download the file, then share it so the other party signs their own copy. Keep both signed versions together.
